Hyatt Boston Harbor Wedding Bride and Groom Portrait

John and Jennifer pose for a portrait at the Hyatt Boston Harbor

Hyatt Boston Harbor Wedding

Jennifer and John planned a beautiful Hyatt Boston Harbor wedding in October. It was a perfect Autumn day in the city and we were thrilled to a part of the wedding. Luckily, John and Jenn have a good friend who is a photographer in the D.C. area (where they live), and we were on the referral list! How awesome does that make us feel? All referrals are wonderful, but coming from another professional, whom we haven’t even met, is a huge deal for us.

This wedding was really laid back and had a lot of built in time to relax and take the pressure off. Too often we are all running around trying to do everything in a short amount of time, so this was a nice change of pace. Everything at this Hyatt Boston Harbor wedding went off without a hitch. We started with the finishing touches of Jenn’s getting ready then prepared the bride and groom for a first look out by the water. After that, portraits and then a little break before the ceremony was to begin.

The Skyline Ballroom overlooks a beautiful view of the harbor and the City of Boston. The sun was going down and we all witnessed a beautiful, heartfelt and touching ceremony. It was perfect. On to the reception, where this thoughtful couple actually put out a TV for their guests to watch the REd Sox in game 7 of the ALCS. The ballgame took nothing away from the dance floor that seemed to be flooded all night with Jenn and John’s friends and family.

This was a wonderful wedding and we have to send out a huge thank you to Jennifer and John, but also to Michelle Lindsay Photography for the referral! If it wasn’t for her we probably would never have found this amazing couple!

Here is a small sample of the wedding day.
